Ping sucks?

Hi.

I'm on cable, and my ping is like, 500-1000 on UN sustained. It's pretty awful, and I'm trying to figure out why it's doing that. On NPulse it's <200 sustained. Alot of people on UN are getting like 35-100 sustained pings, but mine sucks there for some reason. Anything I can do to fix this?

That's not your ping if you're talking about that text thing that shows in the lower right corner. That's the ammount of data comming in, I believe.

Ahhh ok. I thought it might be broken because of the way it was changing. I mean, it was changing pretty instantaeniously from 200 to 11000 etc. and then back to like 500. Not something a ping of 11000 would do.
