Where is Spark?

Although I'm sure it's been said and asked before, where the heck did Spark go? I know he said he was going on vacation, but when is he due back? I have passwords, and they need recovering. Plus, I'm a bit curious on who made PWA.

He is on vacation until the 17th, as it says in the hello/goobye forum
