Item loss mode
 

Another thing that has been changed (independent from item loss mode / game mode):When you are out of food (the lowest of the 4 stats bars) you will not die immediatelly anymore, but you will get ill, which can mean you are losing tooths, have diarrhea or warts. Some of those diseases go away after some time when you eat something, but some need to be cured by a wizard with the cure spell or by praying to one of the gods.
