Wow, idiots with emoticons
 

My Graal emiticons were working just fine until later on today. I was server hopin' but then afterwards i found out that ctrl+g and ctrl+h dont bring up their smilies. I checked my smilie folder and both are there.

Any ideas?

Have you tried deleting them then have one of your friends send them to you?
If so then I have no idea.

No use in doin that, same file name + graphic. I'll have to find malinko again :x

Is the problem still occuring? If so, is another emoticon showing up, or is just nothing showing up?

Crono (gerami) UN did this to me. Personally I think it sucks. Just resinstall graal to a diff/ folder and copy the emotion folder. Thats what I did.

I've removed the faulty scripts a while ago, I also fixed Crono's emoticons when it happened, which was a few weeks back.

What I have found is that the emoticon that replaces your normal emoticons starts with emoticon_ and then the letter coresponding with the emoticon. It comes up because I suppose Graal just looks for the first file in your emoticon folder that starts with emoticon_ and then the letter you pressed. The emoticon in question was emoticon_goodspar.mng, or something along the lines of that, and, alphabetically, came before emoticon_Grr.png, which was the defualt emoticon. So, if you delete that file, it will remedy the problem. :)
