Oasis Contents?

before i get started i want to make sure that in no way do i mean any disrespect to konidias.

i have "heard" that oasis (the playerworld project) has stopped all progressions.

when you upload something to RC it becomes the property of graalonline. so i am just saying that if the playerworld project Oasis is not going to be continued than maybe the tileset could be released as another "main" tileset? so you could have old style and a newer style? beutiful playerworlds could be constructed drawing more customers. just an idea :0

Proofs? I know a scripter who is currently working for him, and I am personally upgrading his account for him soon....

Satisfied?

mmm, fanboyism

No I would not recommend to stefan or unix to allow for any one playerworld's tileset to become "public domain" as it were. Thats up to the manager of Oasis..

I would be personally offended if that happened to my work.

Hmm if its currently being worked on, then it wasnt a few months ago. I offered Konidias point blank the money via paypal so he could upgrade his account, and he was uninterested. From what I can recall at that time he had pretty much given up on it.

Well, something changed...

LordZen 07-22-2004 09:37 AM

Well I'm glad for that. I wish Konidias the best.

Yeah, Donald had made a thread stating that Oasis was dead and such, but it was promptly deleted and now I hear it isn't dead, soo... Yay for Oasis!

If I were finished working on the server, and was not planning on continuing use of the tileset...

I would feel complimented and honored to have my tileset because global, even without my consent.
