Hi this is to staff. There were no gold servers for 2 days. I want my account credited with two gold days, thanks in advance.

So, we cannot discuss something graal related on the graal forums? Pfft.

Anyway, while the original poster was not very courteous in his request, it is an entirely valid one. This thread breaks no rules, so why did you close it? Your completely arbitrary decisions to close threads require some rethinking. It is simply hilarious that LegoBomb predicted such a negative response.

Nah, It was natural for anyone to think that you'd get banned for posting something like this. Seriously.

You sir (the thread started not you Lance) need to take a nice pill of (S)tudying (T)races (F)or (U)niversitys

Dont ask, you get the message and it isnt illegal so dont try deleting it. :asleep:

Sounds like a valid request, but it is very unlikely that it will be fullfilled.
You did not pay for a guaranteed uptime of 100%.

I hate those blank spots. Graal has a lot of those. And things they imply then deny in the future, like beta testing XD

Lol nah, i was joking mostly, but it was a pretty damned stupid thing to request...

Why is that? People were denied a service for two days. It is not Graalonline's fault, but it is most certainly not the players' fault either. So, they seek Graalonline's kindness in restoring to them two gold days that they have missed out on. How is that a stupid request?

Emily_Cruddas 07-22-2004 01:45 AM

And the time they lose when logged off and asleep? Should they get that back too?

It could cause a problem or two so that may be why you need to count those days as a loss. ;)

Except that the point argued is that this time was unavailable to anyone, and thus should be credited to everyone. It's a valid point. I don't advocate this point, but by the same token I won't let it be discredited by an invalid one.

Nappa 07-22-2004 02:14 AM

Hey I'd like my gold time back too.

Zero Hour 07-22-2004 02:37 AM

So everyone with a gold account should get 2 free days of gold because some servers were down...? That doesn't make sense to me, but hey, I'm all up and on free gold time!

It makes perfect sense that people would want a day of gold time as recompense for when they could not access Graal Kingdoms for a day...?
