Do not hire 'osrs' for your playerworld.

He has said to let people know that people seem to be using his account for various attacks every now and then and that, and I quote ''I never ask for jobs'' because he is busy with other projects, so don't hire him, it's not him, he doesn't wish to be hired, so don't add him. x_x

Osrs IMed me 5 min ago, and he wanted me to post this for him:

"I'm getting hacked again, someone is getting my password every time i change it. I have been looking for trojans and such but that is not the problem. I also already made a thread about do not hire me on your playerworld, but unfortunately it was moved >_< Well, do not hire me if you see my account asking for jobs. Thank you, osrs."

Mykel 07-04-2004 03:06 AM

Wow, sorry osrs, good luck with any account help.

Thallen 07-04-2004 03:41 AM

Sounds like the same thing that happened to me... :frown:

protagonist 07-04-2004 04:27 AM

Yeah. 100% of the hackings have been on his account I believe.

We have lives.

Anyway;

osrs: Do a clean install of your operating system. Direct from a format. Then after you do this, change all passwords.

Myukoi 07-04-2004 06:06 AM

Then why do you make innocent people get hacked?

You seem to think that every hacker is the same type of malicious person. Don't be so god damned prejudice.

I hope you're being sarcastic. Webster defines Hacker as this...
" One who uses programming skills to gain illegal access to a computer network or file."
Illegal access..malicious? I think so.

Considering there is more than one definition of the word (and it's a pretty safe bet that more than one of these can be found in Webster's Dictionary), your omission of the other valid ones to which Shadowless referred while simultaneously stating that no other such definition can exist...well, it simply boggles the mind.
