Opinions wanted: [Q] Should all hosted playerworld be on the hosted tab?

Your opinions are wanted! I was sitting here one early morning/night (accurately morning, but meh) anyway myself and VT were talking over some playerworld that applied for the hosted tab which was ½/½ and I was thinking:
*Hosted tab isn’t really as popular as I thought it would have been
*The inspections are quite time consuming so often
*A few people wanted every hosted playerworld public before

So: Question: Would you like to see all hosted playerworlds in the hosted tab?

*Those that request could remain private
*This may get no where, but if it is supported I could suggest it

I guess if you had the option yes. I don't really see a harm in it. You didn't mention any downsides.

Yeah, I couldn't think of any really... they are all basically accessible anyway so people could still find any illegal things if it was on the tab or not, but I guess all being on the tab would mean that people may see bad content more... however it would allow for it to be fixed quicker when reported I guess... if anyone else can think of any down sides be sure to reply with them >_<

But inactive servers shouldnt be let on

I don't see the harm, it would be easier than having to go through rc to find out the server name then type it in..And of course, a pw could ask to stay off the hosted listed if they wanted to.

Public = Open to classic users as well?

I'd like to see all of the playerworlds there currently that virtually have no replay value due to lack of content removed and servers in the "Classic" tab that are poor content wise (unoriginal and such) moved to hosted.

I think playerworlds that keep a decent playercount per-day or per-week should be on hosted tab.

But at the same time i think ALL private playerworlds should become hosted. This will let players view upcoming playerworlds. But some private playerworlds have ghostmodeenabled=false which means only Gold VIP subscribers may view so theres no point for moving all private playerworlds onto the Hosted Tab.

couldnt you just make a new tab for Private PWs

The hosted tab I thought was for some sort of recognition for the progress some PWs have made.

The hosted tab is to my knowledge designed to show off those hosted servers which serve as good examples of Graalians at work developing their own worlds.

Putting all of those servers on that list is basically defeating that purpose...?

I think anyone should be allowed to have a playerworld if they want it, even if it is a waste.

Well... Little people go on it, most of the playercount is just the staff them selves... so it's not really being used. :x

Yes, so people can log on to any servers, so some good UC servers might get a high population count which then turns to Server list :)
So yeah, i'm for it.
