Wow, what can I say, I'm amazed with this powerfull tool!, I'll be posting alot more images on what i've made with photoshop, and so can you guys :D, I'd love to see what you can do, well i've just created this :
I'll post my ice wall and my 3D spikey ball :)!

I really should learn photoshop. It's always a nice skill to make attractive graphics.

James 06-28-2004 10:06 PM

Heh, I know how to do the spikey ball; I learned how to do it on some tutorial. Photoshop is really a great program if you know how to utilize all of its great features.

I don't .

WanDaMan 06-28-2004 10:15 PM

I love it, I admit i've been using photoshop for some time, but I've only started to use tutorials (believe me they work)!!
If you want, I could post some tutorials to some great stuff!!

Pretty cool, I like the fan thing the most. The other ones seem pretty trendy. Good job Wan, finally some people on here that can do good things with Photoshop. :D If you want to get more into 3D objects, I suggest you use Bryce or Maya. Photoshop, hence the name, isn't built for specifically 3D work. :)

Thanks Scott :)!
I'll try download them, but I've got a crap computer, I tried downloading Torque and I had to download Visual Basic, which I downloaded illegally of Kazza what infact was a virus, so i'm a bit freaked out about it :)
Well I'll search on google for them 2 programs, i'm now seeing how people actually draw on computers, it's fun (eventhough I don't draw, I still think it's fun)

Lots of people use Bryce 5 and 3DStudioMax to create a 3D render, then they export to Photoshop and play around with it. If you get into Digital Abstraction, I'll love you.

WanDaMan 06-28-2004 10:35 PM

I'll search tomorrow :), i'll probably check it out, I mean what's the halm in it?
I'll be learning too, I might be as good as some of the people on here like you or donald (i'd mention more but the list goes on). I'll try it for sure though :)

Be fair that brush work, 3D models, and pixel art are all their own genres. ;)

James 06-28-2004 10:42 PM

Bryce is a lot more user friendly than 3D Studio Max, I'll add. So, if you're going to get into that sort of thing, I suggest trying Bryce first.

WanDaMan 06-28-2004 11:00 PM

I'll go with you James and get Bryce first, if I find it hard, or I need a change i'll try the other option :)

Donald Shimoda. (No offense intended. Some of the people who do art in Photoshop with brushes are amazing.)

Zero Hour 06-28-2004 11:52 PM

Bryce kicks ass.
