Logging in trouble.
 

All right.. =/ I've posted on the GraalDesk already, and it's been four days and no response. >.> So... here's what I said on GraalDesk;

I can't log in to the website. I've tried from three different computers and it won't work. I log in... It says I logged in, then it forwards me to the next page, and it's as if I haven't logged in at all...

Enable Cookies?

4Days is not alot...People have lives other than graal ya know.

And yes four days is alot. A lot could happen within 4 days.
Don't mistake me if I'm wrong. If you get a job, do you usually work daily? So if he needs help from the support center, shouldn't someone who works for the support center answer his question within 24 hours?

And yes I have had that same problem too. When I click the Guild HQ page and try to log in that works, so try that.

We're paying for the damn service, if they dont have lives then they should be fired or step down. 4 days is overkill, 24 hours is a lot.

Try deleting cookies. Worked for my brother in a similiar situation.

I have the same problem with my other account, but my zs0 account is fine :\

Cookies are enabled. I've tried logging in from four different computers now and it doesn't work. I tried logging in through the guild HQ page, it doesn't matter from where, it will just act as if I didn't log in.

I've tweeked almost everything in IE, I think I'm going to download a different browser and try that, if that doesn't work then I don't know what to do.

I had that problem once, I downloaded Mozilla (I think was the name of the browser), and was able to log in...

Still using Mozilla, or did you commit blasphemy and go back to IE?

uh yeah I have firefox, and I already tried logging in through that, still doesn't work =x this sucks

Guess you have a point....I just said 4days isnt alot because usually when i set up a support ticket i honostly takes 1 1/2 weeks for me to get a response.

You have cookies, javascript, referrers, activex, .net and whatever turned on unlimitedly?

Yes. I do. I've tried on four different computers, downloaded a different browser, and it's been SEVEN days and still no one has replied on the GraalDesk site.

This is starting to piss me off. >_>

Umm I can't log in either.. and it suddenly stopped working on like the 20th of June... Yeah... No one ever replies...

Works now, for me, at least. :whatever:
