Who is the current account admin, and how can I contact them?

There is none, contact Angel or Tyhm and check the Graal Global Contacts thread.

Eh. I question the need of such job. Can't other high staff do it?

This sucks, I need someone to retrieve a password for an account, forgot the pass, and email.

I think the plan is for it to be automated by scripts and stuff, though it wouldn't hurt to have someone to watch over the system. A script doesn't have the experience in dealing with people, who to watch out for, etc.

It sounds like, with enough experience at hand, someone could just script that stuff into the hypothetical program that you're talking about. Just adding someone to deal with player relations does sound like it would be fail safe, but just double the hassle of having to take care of both, when one or the other could do both jobs just fine.

It will be possible to change the email of an account if you have the paypal transaction ID of the last renew of the account. It will be tested soon.
Once you have changed the email, you will just have to ask a new password, and you'll have your account again ;)

What about trial accounts, Admin-Playerworld## and those who pay by phone ;o

- Trial account : there's no way to identify you... you can try to get in touch with someone from GraalOnline to fix it
- Admin-Playerworld### : you can get a new password emailed to you with the graal.net billing system. Remember that it will be mailed to your graal.net email (change it before in graal.net if you need it)
- Pay by phone : will have to use the old way to get account back
