I have done a little something , the link is on my sig. Watch it for a few mins and see what all it does.

Nothing, because when I signed up for it, the e-mail did not arrive. This, I am annoyed about.

I have done nothing as well because I need to get my email changed.

edit: For the record, your little Java applet is destructive to tabs in Firefox. If I have your site open, I can't switch to any other tabs because it closes them. Boo.

I would use it, i really need it but i think i have to have like the word graal on every page or something don't i? And i still need to rescript my layout to make it work in that damn FireFox everyone is using.

Yea I am pretty annoyed to because I never got the e-mail either. I tryed e-mail that support to just have the e-mail sent to my normal e-mail but I have got no response for what like a month now. So so much for the vip webspace.

I have not done anything with mine. I signed up...got the e-mail I think it was 2- 3 days later...and i just went on and looked around. That was all.. Try going back and having it resend you an e-mail...That might work.

I have tryed having it resent many times. Doesn't work. I just wish someone would look into it for me and apparently others that have the same problem. That way I could use it.

I need an e-mail change as well. So at the moment nothing has been done.

If you have the paypal reciepts I can request e-mail changed on accounts.

You can check if your email is correct in :
http://www.graalonline.com/adminpanel/

Just login with your account & go to "Account details". You'll see your email, your global ip range (be careful if you change it) etc...

Soon, you'll be able to change your email by entering the TXNID of a sucessful paypal transaction ;)

I planned to set up a Graal wiki, but I never got around to it and last I checked my site just forwarded to graal.net.

It just accepts your Graalonlune user/pass, so you must be doing one of them wrong. CapS sEnSiTiVe.

A Graal wiki would be pretty slick. You should do it.

These are most likely one of the problems:

1)IP Range is set and your on another comp.
2)Wrong password..(Graalonline password must be used0
3)Im also pretty sure only Admin-Playerworld###'s may log in...No other account.

If you cant find problem e-mail your problem to [email protected]

He'll porbablly fix.

Too many idiots for that, unless you plan on screening registrations + disabling anonymous editing.

Works for me. Maybe your DNS servers are wonky?

There was a brief period of a day or two a while ago where all *.vip.graal.net sites were being forwarded to graal.net's front page. Perhaps that is what Loriel is alluding to.

Spark I typed in my account and password exactly how it is suppose to be. And then I don't see why my ip range would be set in the system when I never had it set. I am so confused and frustrated with things. Sorry. I am just stressed from working all the time to. Blah. Maybe he's right though and normal accounts can't use it.

It would seem that Mr. Valentine is correct. Only accounts which have an assigned adminlevel and adminworld seem able to log in. GrowlZ1010/password does not work, and neither does growlz1010/password as is required by graal.net and the Graal Supportdesk registration.

I'm unaware if this panel is intended for use by VIPs only - that would explain my inability to log in - but it would seem sensible that Gold users should be able to change their registered email address and other details too.

I have done nothing with it other than make sure it worked.

Yea, I forgot that only people with a global admin level or admin-playerworld### accounts can login to that...
