Comments function for screenshots

There should be a "Comments" function in the screenshots on the graalonline site. For example, you open up some image called uh "Teh event plz". Then click on comments, add a short comment like "Yeah it was great" or "Hey I remember that one! We should do it again" then send it. There are some old screenshots and it would be nice to put comments like "Yeah, the good old days :(" and such.

All "bad" words should automatically mean the post is deleted by the system and the posts could be logged to some kind of list so moderators on this forum can just glance at the list and delete bad stuffs :[
