Bows/alchemy stuff
 

I have a bow of Aurgia but it does'nt WORK i mean somone else has it but it doesnt work can u fix this? my friend has a bow of thunder it does not work i mean come on can staff plz fix it?

The alchemy bows as well as Aengus Elvenbow (his relic) do not work because they are bows, while the standard bows are swords script-wise. It's a bit strange, but I hope it will be fixed soon.

Doesnt raelyn have some alchemy bow that works because he made gfx for it or something? =/

I believe it's Aengus Elvenbow, and the story's a bit different, and not completely just, as relics should be avaliable to everyone with the required grace in my opinion.

I asked a staff to fix it earlier and he is trying.

Wrong, I traded for that bow.

Then I gave it to rygell, its auriga.

I believe we're talking about different bows here ;)

I heard Raelynn got gfx for his auriga , but no one elses auriga worked. they all recently do now. My question is why is a alchemized bow made to work and not aengus
I was told by a friend that somehow since raelyn has auriga he wont do aengus. Raelyn is staff?

I'll do Aengus gfx if that is all people are waiting on, one weapon is not that hard.

Fix the bows, i wanna be able to use the Aengus bow when i get 300/150 grace :( (or is it 500/250?)

Just get a lot of power poitons (the quest stat ones) and you should get up at 150 grace in no time ;P I think some player got around 150 grace with 20 power at level 1 wisdom :O

Aengus bow is medium level, which requires 150 base grace doubled at the altar. As for Raelyn being STaff, that would be quite new to me, too, and as far as I know, the problem with alchemy and relic bows aren't the gfx but something in the scripts, as mentioned above.

I doubt it. For one, wisdom also affects yur grace and needs to be raised, and at wisdom level 1, it's both hard to get both up to 20/21, as well as to get to 50 grace in the first place. Remember, the first 10 wisdom levels give more than the usual 2 grace, so a large chunk of your grace would be missing 'down there'. I just checked. At level 1, with all stats as high as you can raise them using golden keys, you have 10 grace. Even with wis and pow of 30 each - the highest you could get with items - you only get 78 grace.

I have a base wisdom of 21
and I still only have 45 mas grace at level 13

Where does that extra Wis+1 come from?
Even when I take everything off, it's still at 21
does praying to a god automatically give you Wis+1 or something?

For some reasons, everyone has a permanent wis+1, without any items or such providing it. Don't question it, just rejoice ;)

erm, what does killing lords have to do with getting gold keys? Practically nothing. Gold keys are gotten from either 10k, which isn't easy to get for most people, or by doing an escort quest, which is next to impossible...

You get golden keys for doing both escort and the trade items quests, which starts with a part from a lord...

Yeah of course, but the items like doohickeys are simple to get...as simple as, i dunno, mining so i wouldn't call it part of the gold key quest. The quest = trying to get a doohickey door.

You still have to be able to kill a lord tough ;O (unless you buy or trade yourself to the items)
