Ok so my graal.net email address was wiped clean... so i lost my DNS addresses, etc for my website which means i have to get new web space because my domain name has ran out... Ive lost my playerworld billing information, etc...

Quite why people prefer webmail for email. Sure its safer, but if you get the right things and be careful its better to use an actual software client then all emails are stored with you.

We cannot use anything but webmail for graal.net mails.

i dont feel like giving someone all my information when they get me to download a trojan on rare occassions

Graal.net is a free Email service, if you want a profesionnal Email service then buy the everyone Email paid service and you will have support and probably better quality.

Why would you use a free email service for making money purposes?

If you mean what I think, well... hotmail does the same, offers both? Or did you mean something else...

Info like this can be put on a floppy disk and therefore always backed up without trusting anyone but yourself. Save the emails in a text file if it is webmail , it may not be as pretty as html but the info is still there.

Ugh, same thing happened to me. I had my paypal receipts and e-mails in my graal.net e-mail account last month, now everything is deleted. :(

What I mean is don't use free email server for registering things that cost money, etc. Usually free email services don't offer much support. Hotmail does because they are run by msn, and offer both free and pay-for email.
