Administration Unfair???
 

It seems that Admins on GK get worse and more worse as each day comes and goes. Im sorry I thought they said scamming was legal on Kingdoms...(NOT that i agree with it:\). BUT it has me a little...upset :grrr: that I get pm'ed by a friend of mine about a armour I have then i decline to give since i traded for it and Loriel comes on immediately after and says "so i hear you bought a PMoP". hmm. Now Im being asked...or rather...im demanded to give back the PMoP. I decline, so Im losing a friend... :( that's no good. But more so important to me is that Im on the verge of being banned for not giving back... or if i don't give back theres the possibility that I will have my account edited to get back to NY. all this seems a little extreme considering through out all this loriel never once asked me what did i trade for it, or where is what i traded now, or if i would like to be re emburst for my items or anything. it seems to be a little one sided and that seems quite unfair to me... :o . I don't know. I just wanted to post this just in case i do get banned for not giving back and to maybe get some Higher level admin recognization to know, that this is only a single example of what admins have been doing on GK. the list is great you just don't realize the extent of it all unless you play.

now "if" you are speaking truth and are not just a lieing bastard, yes, but i say yes for many other reasons, like admins making items out of thin air and giving them to friends.

but i'm not going to vote, because some admins are nice (atleast to my knowing)

I have heard nothing but bad things about the GK Administration, I think it seriously needs to be re-evaluated.

thats a bit more then you need to say....but there is no reason to lie...and they do make items often for preferred players such as MarkB.

Count of items I demanded to be given?
Count of items forcibly taken out of your inventory?
Count of accounts of you that were banned?

Actually Loriel he's in the right if what he said is true. It would be as if he has been scammed unless of course he was aware or involved in the process of the scammer obtaining it in the first place >.>

I was told NYChris did /drop plat to drop coins, but it unexpectedly dropped his platemail too, which was promptly picked up and traded away by amaku.
I figured I could talk to Taharu to get to know another side of this, or even get it solved by some kind of deal like undoing these trades, but she reacted rather aggressive. I got slightly annoyed, then. I mean, it is not like I am going to have any profit out of this, no matter how it turns out. It is not even my job. I am just spending my precious and rare free time trying to help someone. Sorry?

And unless you can back this up, I would like to ask you to take it back, as it is very insulting.

i didnt say that you did those things loriel..i said i was fearful that it would be done. because of the way you were talking to me in pms....i posted that when you first pm....not after you logged. and for chris i wasnt aware or involved in the process of it being taken from him....and for the record it wasnt taken from him it was taken from Argo...NY let Argo use his stuff because Argo was scammed by DR and now DR got banned with all Argo's stuff on his account. And Argo lost it. but regardless... i still have what i traded for my items so all is well with me :o

that wasn't met for you at all because during the time of MarkB getting all his items made you did not come online. that was more so in reference to Jagen. And anyone that is not afraid of markb...or getting something from him would likely tell you the same.

I tend to agree with you Spark , what I hear is not good, just what is fact and what is fiction though remains to be proven. I do not and will not condemn or condone anything till the facts are in. The accused have just as many rights as the accusers and all need to be considered. ;)

Well, same thing happened to me awhile back, and Jagen did NOTHING. When Nappa's dupe bug was happening, i came on and traded for a bunch of stuff that i didnt know was duped. (Orc shield,dusty boots, and a bunch of other stuff)

I lost the PMoP+10, /drop plat ended up being the bug (since really, it should be incredibly specific -.-) that lost it.. in the process, I had been downloading some torrent files (legal ones Spark :P) and Amaku (Azure Ezile) had been standing next to me, and capitalized, grabbing it.. he played me for afew hours, stringing me along, until I just pretended to be away from the computer, ignoring everybody but Zethar...

Eventually, NY told me Taharu bought it, for Sliq's Bracers+10 (dont ****ing argue with this tah) and a Warhammer of Might if Govannon + *.

NY told her not to, believing she was doing it for him.. somehow, it ends up, NY doesn't have his PMoP, more or less because of me..

Now, my opinion towards Tah and 'her' PMoP... well... honestly... I guess, it is hers.. but 'she' knew it was a scammed item, which is just un-ethical, un-moral, and not friendly at all. Honestly, I think you were using NY Taharu, don't know really.. but, at any rate... the staff does need to be evaluated, DX should be promoted to a GM rank or so, then we could actually have improvements... anyways... good luck sorting this out

Scamming and stealing is legal and this probally would not be such a problem if some relative newbie droped a good item.

On the topic of admins, i think that there should be some new ones, or at least get rid of Jagen, coz all i have heard of Jagen is him making items for people to sell, making maps for people(i know this is true, as the person who got them made told his friend and the friend showed me the screenshots of him saying it)

There are 2 problems: there is no such thing as "the administration", but rather "the admins" - which aren't uniform in thinking and acting. The other is that logs can never hold the full extend of anything, and while someone intended to give someone else an item to try on via tables, it may later appear to be a just trade - or vice versa. Proving something beyond any doubt is quite hard in these cases.
