Jasc not saving right

I have a favor to ask can someone convert this image into a .gif file without changing the way it looks? I cant get it to work jasc keeps screwing it up. I guess its how its trying to optimize it I dont usualy do animated things so .... i dont know whats wrong with it.

Yeah, it easier to save to a GIF first then use GIF2mng ;)

That color disorder is happening to me too :( thats what my problem is :( any idea why its doing that though? I dont understand it

I just rotated the old animated one and used setimgpart heheh :)
But I cant get on my server to test anything anymore because its been suspended !! yay isnt that wonderfull :\
