Connection Problem
 

Two weeks ago, I was logged on when the American Servers had crashed. I logged off because my npcs were acting up... when I logged back on, it told me I could not connect to the server. After doing some research, I discovered I could not log onto Era, Delteria, Graal the Adventure of my server Dark Diamond.

Stephane could ping my ip address from the Graal servers and feels it is my computers fault. I have no fire walls, and I just reformatted two days ago.

I have only been able to log onto UN mainly. The strange thing is, I cannot log onto RC, nor my admin panel via my email. My computer cannot connect to my server in anyway shape of form.

He is the funny thing, my account works on any other computer not at my home. If friends lan with me at my home through a hub, they cannot get on graal with their accounts either. I basically have been shut out of my server and a few others.

Everyone has tried to help me in this matter including Stephane, what do I do? Does anybody have a suggestion?

Buy a new puter :D

That is the best you've got? Graal which has worked on this computer for 4 or 5 years now and it magically cant play certain servers?

Is there anyone else who can post something useful? I know some you like posting for your special ratings and leveling up but honestly, post if you have something helpful to say.

Sounds like your isp is having problems contacting the graal servers.

I can't seem to remember the domain of the graal servers, but have you tried to traceroute it?

As for the traceroute, no I haven't yet. The thing is my isp is Comcast and everyone in my city has them. Everyone can also play my server too XD.

How do I preform the traceroute and what will it do for me? I have my servers ip address, I assume I just go into command prompt to do so?

So I change my networking card and what magically works? Oh wait, Graal. Makes no sense but hey. Thank you all for trying to help.

I have Comcast and suffered the same problem recently. Then I contacted them stating that I was losing the main purpose of my internet usage and would switch to the lead competitor in my area if it was not resolved. The next day I was on Graal and we got a $20 refund from the bill :)

go to Start > Run > CMD

tracert server2.legende.net

or whatever server dark diamond is on
