I heard that UN was ALMOST closed today, but somehow got pass? WTF IS THIS?! UN broke a friggen rule, and curropted it way to stay up?! >:l It should be permanitly shut down forever :mad:

That's why it was down for soo long.

Not what all of the servers are saying. Even the players on UN are saying that it went through to many managers... (4, when 3s' the limit)

So when a server that has been up for 3 years goes to its 4th manager, it is supposed to get closed to the public?, even when it is played by many? If that was even a means to get shut down, you should be banned for your grammar.

Why not pm spark about this. This is a stupid thread, as much as I hate UN, Spark made the rules so ask him.

Nemesis made that rule a while back. I don't think it was ever approved though, and probably never will.

Erm, whatever rules that are here now are here and were approved by Unixmad, so don't go by past rules.

It is illogical. People move on in life, if a manager can't perform his duties it is the right thing to do if he resigns. I don't know why that rule was made, but I also think it was never approved and certainly not enforced.

As long as UN has high-taffic, they won't be shut down.

If this thread is even allowed, it is in the wrong catagory. And the rules Nemesis made are not the ones Spark made. Follow the rules posted by him on the forums.

Yeah, so, if it brings in money, I don't think Stefan will do anything, not sure about ol' Unixmasher though.

Maybe the rule had stated that PWs can't have more than 3 managers simultaneously and someone has a bad memory or misinterpreted it? Either way, doesn't matter...this thread is silly.

No, I am almost positive there once was a maximum manager rule.

I can't really see the problem in having a manager change. Surely its better to change your manager, rather than hold on to someone who doesn't even play this game anymore?
