Graalian Awards
 

Well, I am going to start organizing a team for the graalian awards. Why so soon? you might think? Because this year is going to be 10x bigger than last year.


The leaders of this project are (of course) myself, and thrashsoul. We are going to hold this on pixel life and we have many ideas brewed up already. Such as someone with a microphone being the host, etc.

So now I will let thrashsoul post and give you some of our current ideas.

Ok well we have a do. Were going to be choosing a team of judges who will pick the winners of the categories.
Some categories will be-
Best Manager,Best Female Developer,Best Male Developer,Best Artist,Best Solo Developer, and more.

We will be designing a big theatre with nice seating. We will have focusing and lots more. Im doing a complete tileset for the theatre. We need scripting help thought, so just contact me or mykel.

We will be reserving seats for the nominees,well known staff,
and graal admins.

Yes, we will have all of the same catogories as last year, but many more...

Remember though, we are currently only looking for Dev staff.

We would like to get some kind of cool origional NPC like the autograph thing Tyhm had for Graal Olympics too.

how are you going to judge who is the best pker? that retarded theres many people on graal w/o gold who dont post here who are very good at pking..i pk with them

It will be a team of people who vote on it. You don't have to agree with it....

I vote for stefan for every category (Except the female only ones ofcourse:P)

I agre with what was said before that most nomination will come from reular foum users, not from the whole community. I feel in particular this applies to PK'ing and NPC scripting.

I highly doubt i ever seen you on classic, because i played there alot before, and the only plays where you can get pkers that are real good, are classic.

Why are the Developers seperated into male and female? are you like... sexist?

This is stupid, no one is the best at level making (example). Everyone has a unique style for their levels, and some people use their own tiles, npcs, and graphics to spice it up. Players judge the levels according to the levels they seen before, and what they like. It just doesn't work.

Then don't participate. I don't remember anyone asking you to anyway.

There should be a best Irish dancer category... :(

Why not best voted level?
Some one post some one's levels (Anyones) and then the judges decide which level they like the best in that way you don't know who made that level.
Or even let the forum people vote on them.. That'd be quite neat instead of best LAT..

Best level? The person that made it still knows. lol
