That sounds like a good idea. Only questions are where will they be stored and how do you prevent distasteful images from being used? By distasteful I'm refering mostly to pornographic or disgusting pictures.

I suppose, but given the dimensions he wanted it would be useful for something of a more detailed portrait of either yourself or the character(s) you play. Much like a sig image, only smaller :)

Filter system. You upload graphics to the website, then 5-6 people or so go through them all. If they are suitable they will be added, if not, they will be deleted. If a bad image gets up, it is the person that allowed its' fault...

Next question: who would those 5-6 people be and would they be reliable in terms of uploading the content in a timely manner?

That would be the next biggest bottleneck here.

I suppose it would be alright if a server used it. I guess I just can't see it becoming an actual addition into Graal.

It could function much like the custom profile variables that can be defined in serveroptions :)

I like this idea, but I think it might be a problem with prono pictures in the avatars.

Uhm, a 150x150 image is hardly large. My guess is that its meant more for a scaled down photograph of person or whatever. Besides, if you make all the images follow the same standard there should never be a problem e.g. making sure all images are 256color pngs.

If someone had to check it then it would be simple. Just look at the waiting queue and click 'YES' or 'NO' or something simple and similar so that someone can filter them.

Just make sure the person is reliable :p

Profiles on the Graal website already support photo/avatars.

They just are not shown in-game.
