Unable to change Graal password

The website isn't letting me fill out a request for a password change.

When I do it says
"ERROR WHILE PROCESSING SUBMISSION:
The account name you submitted does not seem to be valid."

That happend to me, I finally got my pass though.. 3 weeks later.. :p

I think when they moved the site, and the forums...it caused some cookie problems, the problem is fixed on the forums so maybe it will work now? I dont know if thats the problem or not though

Yea, I finally got my brother's account switched to my e-mail, but when I request a password, it says it sends it, but I never get it. :(

No no, wont even dispatch the email cause it says my account is invalid.
