Would you like a server based upon a deck of cards like such programmes as Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokêmon?...
Just a question, no ideas...yet..:)

It would be different..as a matter of fact I wouldn't mind at all. :D!

That'd be cool, maybe you could make your own character card and collect others to support it or something..

Thats funny. Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemon must have made tons of money off of this. Graal should be able to as well if it is marketed and advertised well.

I would play it too. It could be cool going on quests to discover rare cards that give my deck more power.

Yeah I read your message. If its regarding your reformat. We have the levels that have been in the level manager. I never got around to making a backup because of recent computer troubles. Blake doesnt seem to have them either. So I dont know what to tell you. Although as soon as I got my comp back I made a backup with all the levels that were on the file manager at the time so if any of those are what you need please let me know.

Regarding the idea of your own card, there could be like certain images you start out with, and the card gets stronger for everyone as you do... Example:

Bob has his own card, Bobbo. He's level 1. Jack has a copy of Bobbo the card. It's level one. But suddenly Bob levels up to lvl2! All Bobbo cards are now stronger, possibly a new image, and have a different attack, including Jack's copy ;)

Sort of confusing but that'd keep it constantly growing in a way... and what kind of quests would there be to get stronger cards... you have to face others in a deck battle?

But then you could just not bother playing on the server a for while until Bobs card bobbo is lvl.gazillion and then come on and beat everyone.

It would be cool to have your own personalised card which you can completly design the look of and set the class/element of it and you could get it's stats up by adding power-up cards to it. You would get the power up cards from quests.

You could get other cards which would be like your character card but slightly weaker and available to everyone like an ice mage, fire warrior and so on, you could also put power ups on these, but there would be a limit.

Not really like evolution since that would be ripping off pokemon too much and it's kinda lame. The power up cards would just add to your cards abilitys or weapon/defense.

Now this really is a rip off of pokemon, but what are they gonna do? Sue me? (please don't).

The top of the card has the name and whatever you want the card to be like ice angel, fire warrior, whatever you want, you can just make it up.
The stuff next to the picture has elemental stats, which are resistances to some element and weaknesses to others, the +/- add or take away from your defense, so because my card has +2 ice it would add two to my defence and the -2 fire would take 2 away from my defence.
I think you can work out what's below the picture :p And the little GTC stands for Graal Trading Cards.

You would play a character called Hash Smokesum who leaves his hometown at the unlikely age of 11 or something and goes on a stupid quest to be the best card trading guy dude. Somehow he manages to survive with no money and living off the food of kind, caring and friendly people, who surprisingly do not shout abuse at him when he asks for food and try to kill him. He meets some stupid hyper friends along the way and together they continiue on their never ending quest. It is never ending because it is constantly updated with stupid new cards which have nothing to do with the game, just the card companys greed. Amazingly, despite his stupidity he becomes very good at the card game, battling other players, who are not surprisingly, on the same quest. He collects many cards and powerups by completing the quests which mainly involve deck battles in hard to reach elemental places like snowy mountains and fiery volcanoes.

Now that's going to get SOMEONE sued.

It sounds something like Phantasy Star Episode 3.

I might use this idea,but instead make it more of a pet thing like no cards acual monsters that can transform with crystals,buy parts and armor, and you will be able to train them. As long as you dont mind wan.

I don't mind at all, but I'm a bit 'weary'.. Like, I was having it like Yu-gi-oh, select a card and then a bigger version off the selected card is viewed..
But I don't mind if you make it before me, I'd actually be proud, but don't make it suck though, I'm not saying you will I just don't want to see a great Idea fail.. :)
