Subscription trouble
 
Well, I've already emailed Unixmad about this, but I have one question... When you sign up for gold with PayPal, you get a confirmation from PayPal right after you pay... Now, you're supposed to get an email from GraalOnline as well... Does this happen when you pay, or when your gold is actually activated? Because I've been waiting a bit after paying, and I haven't gotten an Email from GO, nor has my account been activated... Though I did get one from PayPal confirming my purchase...

So in short:

Is the Email from GraalOnline that you recieve after purchasing a gold account sent as soon as you PAY? Or is it sent after the account is actually activated?

It should be the moment you pay. You will just have to email Unixmad. Have the topic as 'Subscription problems' or something, and he will answer quick ;)

If you pay by Check it can take a few days but if you pay with Credit Card you should have the Email in real time.

If you don't get the Email you need to write to my Email address ([email protected]) with copy of the Paypal letter you have received after paying, what i need if the TRANSACTION ID.

I just e-Mailed you about my best friends account. We were supposed to play a lot of graal this weekend, but it doesn't seem like it's going to happen :(

This has happend to me also.

I paid, got my email from Paypal, nothing from GO..

Infact, when i clicked on the "Next" link, it used to take me back to the subscription center with a confirmation. However, it came up and said "Invalid transaction ID" on the page that came up, and took me back to the main page.

Methinks there is an error with the php. I blame MagicalTux :P

There is alot of error's in there, he told me on MSN when he was de-coding it and making it better:p

;) It's fast and simple and i think unix meant "Send me a e-mail if your transaction gets misplaced and provide me with the Paypal Transaction ID" .... Unfortunately i wont be upgrading for a few months since i have ceased gameplay for awhile.... But I will be back!
