What's happening?
 

Well it mostly started when Kaimetsu left (unblock me you cow >=( )but I notice now especially - this place used to display wonderful scripts pushing Graal's limits, and demanding new commands to push it even further! Now all I see is "My npcz are broke" I just don't see the script quality I used to..

tis' been slow for awhile now (even before Kai left), Mmmm, I've got a couple of good ideas I may get around to making soon, so uh yeah

besides, alot of people are just waiting for the new engine to come out before doing some things, I presume (as a matter of fact, I could some of those features in my ideas...). Anywhos I don't think there'll be any shortage of threads when the engine does come out :)

Actually, I think that the Pay for a Playerworld is the source of the decline in use of forums.

I wasn't around before (Yea... :( My Gold Expired), So I didn't check the forums all that much.

Anyhow, I'll try sending more scripts by forum... Though my motivation would be?... Erm... Well, considering my server is on a scripting-pause, I could make one rather quick...

Give me an idea? I'm thinking more in the Mini-Games section though... Classic Game... Not Astroid though XP... Astroid is... Erm... Astroid!...

Any ideas? I could rewrite my tutorial on String-Based Weapons if you want... I had fun doing it, and well, I'm much more specialized in strings then anything else.

you can race me in making a game engine within graal, I'm thinking of doing mario. My idea is to be able to have people place tiles and baddies in a level-editor, store the level in a string and then be able to play the level in a mini-game style. It seems kinda advanced, but the way I mean to do it shouldn't be too hard.

It shouldnt be too hard with new game engine.

I made a mario game, but i couldnt get it just like the gameboy version, e.g. on gameboy, pressing down and jump would let you jump higher, mine didnt have that :(

I just do not think there is a point in closing threads.
If the community thinks that the threads suck, it will not contribute to them and all is fine.
If the community does not think it sucks, who am I to overrule it?

In theory, if nobody answered to it, the thread would quickly disappear. If people did, it was not all that bad to have the thread.

All this 'fix my scripts' threads are coming from this one (or two) person (s).

Which one person stole a script and didn't know how to indent it, eventhough he knew certain loops. lol.

Don't we all just love Gman's 'help me!' posts? :D

Hell Yea... Love it so much, we might aswell wish they were never there.

I surf frequently, Not everything needs to be closed, usually I scold then close, don't make blind assumptions please :)
