It's not really that bad.. Matter of fact I kinda like it XD

The shape is..er.. interesting! But the rest is very well shaded, and such. good job =)

Head should not look like that at that angle. The jaw does not connect with the ear, there should be a small gap, and from behind the ear a neck should come out.

The shape of the head is odd as well. Not sure how to fix it (It should be a circle/square thingy, but I don't know how to explain it). Plus the right side is too round

There should also be shade under the nose.

And for some reason the shade on the left looks odd as well.

Hair on the otehr hand should not have so much shade under it because it looks like it's floating, and you should bring the hair closer to the eyes, since it's not spiked.

Now that really depends on where the light source is coming from ;O

Tomorrow if I can remember I will grab a head I shaded in Accounting class one day on their computer (with ms paint) because I had extra time at the end of the period lol.
