1. No screenshot, preview, or anything that would encourage people to help.

2. My best work isn't readible. (Well, Maybe a few can actually read it).

3. Erm... Seems to me that your missing lots of staff...


I'm not much interested... I'm working on my own server, as much as a lot of other staff...


As for reading my script? Search "Free Code" in Scripting Tutorial... 6 lovely pages of writing... :P You got screenshots at least?

I think more thought should be put into hiring notices.

If you need a scripter, give them something to script, don't just say, send 2 scripts... If you like it, then hire them.
If you need a LAT, ask them to make different types of levels
If you need graphics people, then specify some types of graphics for them to make

This way you get stuff that might actually relate to your playerworld.
