Communication...?
 

I think that graal needs a represenitive. Someone that should be able to get in quick contact with Stefan/Unix/Global Staff, and is not to busy to deal with the players.

This is the 'Communication Center,' and it can sometimes be almost impossible to 'communicate' with higher staff...

It wouldn't be so bad if stefan and unixmad would actually read their pms. It's been almost a week and Stefan still has not read my pm despite him viewing the forums at least 3 times since the day I sent it.

I guess your right.. So then we do get a reply when you say to us on client

Stefan has replyed to me nearly everytime i pmed him. i sent unixmad an email he ignores me. but Stefan has responded probably everytime i pmed him but once. Lyndzey responds to my emails and PMs, Spark does as well, I don't bother with Angel because she doesnt like me, and I dont bother with Tyhm because he has an attitude

I wish they would respond to tickets more then once a year. :(

Stefan only answers like 1/2 my forum PM's, and when he does answer them, it's like a month later, and only 1 sentence, which does nothing but raise more questions
(I only forum PM Stefan like once every 3 months)

But yea, this would be a nice thing to have....
It would be nice to have greater communication between the players, and the highest staff in the game.

I say that Stefan just take 1 week, and put someone like Angel in charge of taking applications, and chosing someone fit for the job...

Then he wasn't fit for the job anyway...and someone else would be hired.

The entire point of the job is that you find someone who would not quit. You do realize that there are other online games that have communication problems, and people are hired to facilitate communication? You just find someone who has the time and is willing to take the job. You're placing too much importance on the connotation of the position rather than the person taking the job.

I have like... 10 hours of free time a day (at the least) I could use for this.

I would apply as well...I am online all the time...especially on the forums....just not posting. Hmm it would be a fun job I think. Honestly if they do make this a job there should be two of them.

I'd apply as well, I spent lots of time on computer, and I'm very mature in my dealings with people, I try to be at least.

If some people used the other staff where possible it would be it alot easier. Stefan/Unixmad do get PMs that I could solve for example, so if you used the other staff and only got to Stefan/Unixmad they would have less PMs/E-mails and be able to reply to alot more.

Erm... Spark is right... If you all emailed the appropiate people, then the appropiate people would be able to reply much faster.. They have rights to do thier work..

Stefan hasnt replied to the last 4 of my forum pms :( and I need him to reply pretty badly. Some sort of more professional, more effective ways of communicating with high level staff would be good

I talk to them on AIM/MSN/E-mail They help me I'd help them if they needed any, But none of them can get in touch with stefan with a crisis, only Angel can. Since Angel has a few people who don't like her it's impossible to get globall help what can do anything...:(

Yea Spark and Lyndzey and MoonGoddess and MoonGod all communicate well with everyone.

Angel on the other hand I mean me and her used to be like good friends and we worked together on Frolic before she became anything and now she don't even say hi when I say hi to her. I think it is kinda ridiculous. But oh well that is how this game is.

Maybe this could help.

1. A list should be made, which says something like "If you have a problem with _______ contact _____ at ______". then maybe more people would contact the right people

lots of people just make threads here in the forums, just because they do not know who to contact.

This contacts list should be put in the forum announcments, as well as on the website.

2. But I still think that a person could be used to screen e-mails for stefan & unixmad... basically they would weed out the spam, and filter in the e-mails which would need to be answered by stefan or unixmad...

The weeded out e-mails would be replied to, and told who they need to contact to get an answer. (like, if it is a problem with a PW that needs to be re-named, the person would reply, and give them Spark's e-mail address...)

On a side note, Spark, can't you get on AIM a little more :o I haven't seen you on in like a week

Spark is on quite a bit but early in the morning. Well that is when I see him either that or late at night. Btw I am in CST Zone.

Which where they get banned and the person still has a problem! :(
