Hiring Storyline Writers!
 

Yea, that's right... I know this is a strange thing to be hiring, but we actually need about 4 of these guys on EoA, to help make up storylines for towns, and such...

People who apply need to know how to make NPC people who can respond to questions, give different responces based on different factors, make them move, and talk, and fight, and what-not. The staff member must also be able to link everything together, from the NPC person in the weapons shop, to the gate keeper... they must all fit together perfectly. Also, some basic scripting skills would help. The placement of shops, and everything will depend on these people, so this is not some BS staff possition that you can just be lazy, and fool around the whole time.....

Please just reply to this thread with your contact info, and a little about why you think you should be hired, then I will contact those I am interested in interviewing... once I interview everyone, I will make my choices.

Well, we have a basic storyline that the storyline writers would have to follow... you know, we have a 'big picture' storyline... but we need all the little stories filled in... like, things happening around a town, and stuff like that

so no-one wants to do this?

This is like the only non-development staff we are hiring, I figured a few people would jump at the chance to access the OW and stuff

I was seriously considering it, but am too busy with some other small stuff. And running my FF forums.

I don't have the time, or I might consider it.

I would help, but i can't do scripting...but I could make like a EOA soundtrack ;)

I can't script much at all. If that weren't necessary, I'd probably spout some ideas.

maybe I should make that more clear...
being able to script HELPS.... but the biggest thing is being able to make NPC people do that you want them to, and that can be easily learned...
but the biggest part of the job is coming up with ideas, and planning out the town...
organizing a town crest, and theme for the town... like, what jobs it will have, and things like that...
