thrash

Every other post made by thrash is a plug for his server.

1) Your server is not public, therefore there is no reason to advertise it.

2) Your server has been seen by a few people, who say it is STILL a rip off of Era, just like "Pixel Life 3" *shudder*

3) Your use of cussing out and flaming someone in a thread who tell you to stop posting about your server in another server's thread, is appaling.

Action to be taken:

1) Make a rule against plugging your server unless it is in it's own spesified thread started by the manager of the playerworld.

2) Get the Global Graphics Team to visit every single server, and to check if tilesets are being stolen and copied, if so, make that server have a graphics wipe of EVERYTHING

3) ban thrashsoul.

Good day.

mhermher 01-24-2004 12:12 PM

I second that.

Spark910 01-24-2004 12:49 PM

Okay well lets put it this way:
>Don't advertise your playerworld is everyones threads. If you didn't make the thread, dont keep refering to it in others.

thrashsoul 01-24-2004 02:47 PM

Good Job. If you spent that much time caring for me, arrows point that you have no humor and no life. ;)

Anyways spark you forgot to notice that threads having problems about players are supposed to be PM's to admins.

He's right :(

Then again Spark is doing what we want, which is to lighten up on the rules which the mods have done. <3

I think it's a phase almost every new PW owner goes through....

I can admit that I did the same thing before
=x
then people started complaining, and I stopped...

Don't edit quotes, it just means you're desperate.

Note: I don't usually post, but I just felt like it here *glares at people*.

No, now they just delete posts that they don't like without explanations.

Grrr, You have serious problems

GTXOO 01-24-2004 07:40 PM

Graal X, is a poor version of Era.

Tile Set is bad/Buggy Scripts/HP System is all ruined.

I say you turn you corners quick before you create a server NOONE will play.

I didnt edit it.

I snipped it. It is a common practice, which has been done since the bbs dialup times of yore.

Ive seen you post often enough.

They should have a special tag just for sarcasm, as it seems some people need to actually hear the tone of someone's voice to recognise it.

TonyRivers 01-24-2004 10:37 PM

I agree something needs be done. He is trashing up the forums and causing fights not to mention being a general ass.

To snip something you have to edit it...

Err, no? To snip something means that you just cut off a certain part. Now, to edit something means you have to edit it. ;p

Ibonic 01-25-2004 12:24 AM

Actually, "snipping" is also a form of an "edit." An example from a dictionary: "To eliminate; delete: edited the best scene out."; This relates because because here, part of a message was "edited out." You may not have edited content which is still there (if there is anything left), but you have edited the message as a whole (either way.)

Your already proved wrong, Graal X has the highest private playerworld playercount...and it's not the staff. Tileset is being fixed up, can you name any buggy scripts? And how is the HP System ruined? Reply to me, either in pm or here. I would like to know the bugs so I can get them fixed ASAP.

thrashsoul 01-25-2004 01:49 AM

The thread about adairde wasnt me connecting, i said it looks to much like oasis and you said so does graal x, so i had to defend my self.

Why arent you in hosted then...haveing the highest private count means nothing as only those who use RC will see that count...

And yes I agree with what you all are saying

You have to edit something to cut it off at a certain point.
Like if you push the quote button, it doesn't automatically cut it off somewhere... so you have to edit it to do so :O.
And if you do something like that you could mis the whole point.

haunter 01-25-2004 03:32 AM

He wasn't editing persay(sp). He was isolating a specific part of the quote to better respond to that part.

adam 01-25-2004 05:01 AM

I skimmed the thread, and read the first post.

It should have been deleted.

Even "isolating" something is editing in a way. Another example of an edit (also from a dictionary) is "to modify or adapt so as to make suitable or acceptable" which relates more to what you typed. It may not be the wording that you want to use and I understand your point, but it is an edit (modification) as it differs from the original. I have nothing more to say about it; Apologies for going off topic.

He pops in from time to time. The best way to catch him is ICQ. :)
