Bug: Graal 3 Resize

When resizing Graal3 things become blurry, and things like the chat-box become huge (see attached image).

Thats definitly a bug, I think. Probably because its the Torque engine.

Quick fix:
Go into full screen and come back to windowed, restores default resolution and puts everything back inplace.

Better Fix:
Change from D3D to OpenGL.
D3D seems to be the problem in this case

In the next version resizing will be disabled in Direct3D mode. I know it's possible to resize Direct3D devices but it's not possible with the current opengl-to-direct3d wrapper so I better disable it.
