Fair Warning !
 

Once again a Manager leaves for a period, leaves the Co Manager in charge to come back to find everything is gone. Levels deleted, serveroptions erased, logs deleted all because the Co Manager was NOT following the Playerworld rules on rights to Staff and someone just had a hay day messing up the server. The rules were made to try to avoid things like this and yet some seem to want to ignore this.

The PWA is going to start cracking down on Servers not following the rules as they are posted, what can happen to you and/or your server is listed on those rules. There is going to be an inspection of all PlayerWorlds on the Classic Tab soon, exactly when will NOT be announced to see that these rules are being followed and there will be hell to pay for those who are not following them.

I can't stress this enough FOLLOW THE PLAYERWORLD RULES it is for your own protection of all the hard work you are doing as well as for Graal and this game. For those who are curious the Playerworld was Zemi. A very promising and yet very deleted at the moment Playerworld. :mad:

So, the co manager deleted everything, or the comanger gave someone all these rights?

I cant see anything promising with a server who cant follow the rules or cant even handle that such of things.

Finally, congrats

Co Manager was very lax on rights from what AJS has told me , just who did it is really unclear since there are no logs left of the time it was done. All Staff were removed , all serveroptions were erased and levels deleted. I am still investigating who had access, someone will take a fall in this if it has to be the Co Manager for giving out rights clearly started in the rules for Managers only, like the serveroptions. You cannot erase something you have no access to so it is clear someone had lv4 RC who should not have. The Staff of Playerworlds will no longer escape punishment for mismanagement of a server. Too much is at stake and too many people have hard work involved for nothing to be done to those who do this kind of thing.:mad:

A server can be promising and still end up mismanaged so a Staff has the ability to do something like this.

Who cares if it was promising then???? I would rather want a server with good management then one that had awesome graphics and dont know how to handle a server.

Thats why i back my server up to my computer ;)

I don't give out rights to people like crazy, and I haven't even been on EoA longer than 15 minutes since you left and all the nonsense between me and the PW Renter..

Your missing the point , what someone may or may not do is not always apparent . I'm sure the Co Manager appeared one way to AJS but later it seems was too swayed by Staff and let them have what they should not have had, Not everyone who may need a really good scripter or whatever it may be; will stand up to the demands some ask for with regard to rights. They are more afraid of doing without or having to try to find another person to fill that spot in a field where there are very little really good Staff around. Many result to blackmailing Managers to try to get what they want and a lot of times they get it.

I didn't think you... the story is that the manager went away, leaving the co-manager incharge, and then everything got deleted... The only person who would have had access to delete everything would be Es, and I wouldn't put it past him lately... he's been acting wacky..
