My walk.gani seems to be screwed up on all playerworlds except classic. I opened it up with the Graalshop and saw that there were only 4 images on the side and the rest of it was wiped out.
I went and got a copy of walk.gani from my other computer and still walk.gani looks screwed up on all playerworlds except Classic.
Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

hmm maybe you can help me with a similar problem. The idle gani doesnt work when I'm offline. Graal replaces it with a gani I made for my server, even though when I open Graalshop and look at idle.gani, it's the original. This doesnt happen on any servers, just offline, but it's still really annoying.

Make sure your server files are not in the graal folder, because graal does not always read from Levels/ if it finds another idle.gani it will use that.
