Ok I have emailed lyndzey and I have left a report at Graal Desk

but nobody is helping can someone change my accounts email address so I can sign up for graal.net?

When'd you send these things? Lyndzey usually only takes 48~72 hours to reply to an email unless she's having some kinda email trouble, which seems to occur fairly often... 0.o

And I've been waiting about 3 days to get a response from the help desk... Just gotta be patient, bud.

I can't even access the support center staff login to help with the tickets :\

Her email address has problems that are supposedly being resolved at the moment. Why she can't just use another email address or why they can't find someone reliable to take care of this sort of thing, is beyond me.

I've been having a tough account problem as well, and it's near-impossible to pin anyone down that knows a damned thing. I'm THIS close to just getting in touch with someone at the top rung of the ladder about the whole thing. I suggest that if you don't want to wait weeks and weeks, you do the same.

I think one Account Admin is pretty insufficient. Two would be nicer like i believe we used to have

Also i know someone would have came back and said "Oh well its hard to find trustworthy people to handle this kind of thing" Well Not everyone is corrupted or looking just for power. They are out there and would help, its just up to anyone to find them -_-
