Projectile Problems!

Im an Intermidate Scripter I can do just about everything I need to do Except these Damn projectiles! Im scripting a spell and I need the spell to Hurt people when the Magical little spellness hits them Ive tried numerous things to get it to work and I was just gonna keep trying but I realized that I had other matters to atend to. If anyone can help on this Subject It would be greatly Apreciated!
