lost account..
I've been trying to get my old account back under my control since I came back with this one.. It was only a basic package.. but I still payed for it and don't intend on just forgetting about it.
What happened to me doesn't seem that out of the ordinary.. I lived in a small crap-hole of a town, in the middle of nowhere.. and my ISP changed owners and names repeatedly. At some point between changes in domain names and total email account chaos.. I not only stopped playing Graal.. but lost more than a few email addresses. One of which, that account is registered to. The BEST part is.. I can't remember which of the many addresses it was. So here I am.. literally years later, ready to play again.. and I don't have the foggiest clue on where to begin. I emailed the account admin but later read all the contingencies keeping them from basically even talking to me. I don't want to let it escalate to the point where I feel I've been ripped off. It's a very small fee, I agree.. but I still payed the money, and I'm entitled to the account.. regardless of my retarded mistake of losing track of not only my password, but the archives I had it recorded in. (I blame me reformatting windows thousands upon thousands of times..) I don't know where else to turn..! help me! Exactly what info do I need to provide to prove I'm me? What I can provide for sure: + The card's registered name, number, date.. etc.. (I was still at home.. so it was my mom's card.. but I had her consent and approval..) + Various possible email addresses.. :\ + The account NAME.. + ... anything else? ..and WHO can I safely tell these things and actually know that I'm being taken care of? I don't want some crooked two-bit admin messing around and trying to steal my identity or some crazy crap.. I appreciate any advice.. OH YEAH.. if it goes to the extent of a phone call.. so be it. I want my account. |

:) Lyndzey would be the best bet really, i dont know what to tell you to provide her with because i dont know where her access limits, i doubt she could access such secure information just with her RC or something. Sorry i cant help you more |
Yeah.. so long as I could prove it well enough for them.. it'd only be a matter of someone changing the email address so I could generate a new password.
:grrr: |

Give it a go. And WHY does our technical support have no staff to assit people? Its the worst technical support ever. |
well.. I'm thankful to say that you've been more helpful than the accounts admin.. whoever that may be.
