Ew, that doesn't look good, it might look nice if only the walk-over-able ground tiles were 3D... But alas the moutians look messed... Not to mention the horrid ammount of tile errors you have...

Take away the fugly mountain and that would make a nice ground :X. I only like the ground, everything else with this pics1.png leet 3D omg pwned stuff looks like crap. Thats all I have to say XD

Try making the fence posts in that level NPCs rather than using tiles.

These "3D" levels don't look all too appealing using the default tile set.
I couldn't see it being used for anything more than novelty...

I hate the 3D level stuff in Graal (including in the new Graal server). It looks kind of cool, but it makes walking arround a pain and IMHO makes the game less fun. :(
