There's not enough potential content. And it would be stupid... Waste of money on both ends. :) I doubt many people would subscribe.

Wasn't it Angel or someone making a Graal Newsletter awhile back? The guild for it is still in the Guild CP..

There's barely any updates on the homepage. How do you think they're going to be able to fill up a magazine with content every week/month?

Exacty. Sure, if it were possible to have that much content to make a magazine, it would be great. Buuut there isnt so no magazine ish possible. k

First they need to get a newsletter working -_-

Anyway, here are a few things they could put in a magazine:

Fanart, fanfictions, reviews on upcoming playerworlds, screenshots of playerworlds, top # graal players, things about GK like events, RP's, latest kingdom news, things like that..
and different sections for diff playerworlds, like each playerworld would have a few pages with screenshots, updates, info.. then a whole lot of pages deticated on the official servers and stuff.

Oh, but i must agree. Graal needs to get it's online newsletter, and actually be in other gaming magazines first.

I could see a Newsletter/Magazine, but I'm sure it would be more based around the Graal 2002 scene; not that it is a bad thing, but it would involve secrets and strategies (and you now how people get riled when secrets get revealed).

If people took the time to find things from other servers, then it would be an interesting prospect (I like journalism (would join)).

Graal Messenger was being done by Nova, I think. Nova was incarcerated or is under house arrest. I haven't read any new news about him.

Yeah, I don't think we'll be seeing Nova around here for a looooong time..Don't really need a Graal Messenger anyway..maybe a feature where you can check to see if someone is online and tells you what server you're on kinda like in other games (of course, there should be an option to turn that off if you don't want people stalking you :p)..But there are so many other ways already to chat amongst other Graalians anyway..rc chat, aim, e-mail, Graal itself, irc, etc. etc...

Ok yeah... the point I was trying to cross is that it wouldn't work.

Why waste money when you could simply post it on the website? Graalians whine about that $2.99 / month cost for gold account, what makes you think they'll pay more for a magazine with unuseful information?

We have a forum for a reason, *******. Also, not many people are willing to pay for a magazine full of useless information that can be found on the forums, too.
