Yeah, then we would know whether or not the 1st and 2nd placers need to have... accidents...

So you have full and complete confidence in our current two hirees, such that having Chris on the team wouldn't have been better than having any one of the two current ones? It's not so much a question of good and bad, but a question of relativity. :)
