The end of a new era, destroyed before it was even breathed into Life.

The Owner of Archaic and I, do not see eye to eye, on topics in which there is no middle point.
In which if taken opposing sides, you become the enemy of one another.

So I resign from the Archaic Project, my reasons are my own, and I really do not wish to discuss what happened.

I wish the project the best of luck, and hope it will shape itself out to be.... Whatever it wants to be.

Damn, i was looking forward to Archaic so much, Bloo you need to just make your own PW, take all the stuff you made for Archaic, take up donations, i can help pay, and do everything the way you want to do it.

Well, without bloo, no offense but who is going to make Archaic? so far it seems bloo is the only one mainly doing all the work, so he might as well take all his work, wich he already told me he has, and use it for somewhere else, or something.

Yes, it appears Bloo has done the majority of the graphical work, and graphics was pretty much all that was shown off so far to the average players.

Well, anyway, I don't know the full story.

He did the not-up overworld also, and there is barely anything else besides graphics and levels, and he did that, but he already took them so it does not matter.

So, he dedicated his work towards Archaic, there is no reason to take his work back. So because he quits he will leave a server to die?

That's not the way it works, and I'm sure Bloo isn't that selfish.

He already took them, i mean he worked his butt off and then the owner, wich has proven himself to me very rude, does something to make him quit, i'm sure he is mad, and even if he isn't, he should still take them, it's his, he worked for them, he could use them on a server where it was only him and a few hard working staff, and make it into something.

Developers aren't allowed to take their work when they leave a server.

That's stupid, warr with doomsday did, bloo worked his butt of doing all that for Archaic, then he can't take it? i'm sure he does not really care about that, if i took alot of time for it, then i'm not apart of it, for a reason like this, i would take it, i would use it, if i could not use it on graal i'd give it out, or make my own game, if i made something out of my own mind, and then were not allowed to even use it, i would be seriously pissed.

War didn't take it, Tifa gave it to him because she was that mad at him. She wanted to get rid of anything that he did, to prove he wasn't needed. (I'm pretty sure)

Ah, I suppose I was secretly hoping for Archaic to be more than a pretty package.

As a general statment, there seem to be a lot of nice playerworlds starting out, but I think a lot will just fall apart, due to things like this happening

Lol, I just noticed my ban reason for Archaic has changed for the 3rd time...Now it says something about a rule Kai made on the forums? Cant see it all, this is very interesting..What I can read says: "According to Kaimetsu's forum rules, A manager has the right to ban any account(s) of a person or persons....."

I had pretty high expectations for Archaic, but since you're dropping out of the project due to those circumstances you mentioned, I'm a little disappointed as this could be a huge blow to the server, either way, it was your choice to make so, good luck in whatever you choose to do now.

May i just point out, what has happened is possible i believe.
In WarLords case on Doomsday he had an agreement made with a PWA, that the work was his and his only, so when he was fired for his constant abuse towards myself and other staff,he demanded it be deleted.
That of course was the beginning of the end for Doomsday.

I do think, well there was, dont know if there still is, something about agreements made about peoples work.Unless otherwise agreed upon , the work belongs to Graal Online and the server that person works for, but as i said, as an observer who used to Manage a server, thats how it was.

A while ago I posted that it's not unreasonable to ban somebody based on actions outside of Graal, since those actions can reveal the person's character and thus suitability for friendly play. However, I added that such a protocol would only lead to corrupt managers banning for bad reasons, and that I therefore would not support its usage in Graal.

Even if I were supporting it, I have no authority over ingame rules anyway. It would merely be my opinion. It seems that Bloo Kat either misconstrued both my post and my administrative position, or he just wanted another excuse.
