Craftable Rings

Make craftable rings from a ring (any), and add some bonus on it, when you add a ruby or some other gem to it.

Example: you have RoAM, and you add a ruby to it. This way, it gets pow+2 and str+1. With this, you can slightly improve rings.

Yes, that sounds good and would give some point to "low" rings and gems. How about this in addition: the lower the ring (say their prize if these ridiculous 100k-rings would be fixed) the more likely the action is to succede, and vice versa, the higher a ring is the more likely it is to damage or destroy it. So if you implant a gem into a ring of adornment, you will most likely get some +, while if perform the same action with a RoW, you'll most likely get some -. Mental could increase the chance, as well as the jeweler skill.

And you could only "improve" it once. Especially the possibility of -ing it would be nice.
