Stepping Down
 

Just a post to let everyone know I have stepped down as Manager of Npulse. Rai is now the sole Owner/ Manager of Npulse.I don't see a reason to post the whys and what nots just a simple post of what has transpired. I will continue to post , play the game from time to time and also maintain the Npulse site which is owned by me and will remain so. This being that it is not a free site and I own the server space it is on.

Thanks Cas but it was time to move on .. It was not a easy choice but Npulse as well as this Game is a business and in the end as circumstances dictate we must do what is right for it if we care about it and this is what I have done.

:( The end of an era... sad to see you step down... I hope npulse continues to prosper with out you, but I doubt anyone will be able to manage it as well as you and moon goddess did. I don't care what anyone else thinks, but I seriously think you did two a fantastic job. Today's managers should look at you two as idols, you were some of the good ones, I fear for the future of some servers, some people just don't know how to manage :(

I agree with Jag on this one. Although I didn't agree with some things you did, I suppose that's because I have a totally different personality. But either way, you did a great job. I will say now, NPulse has had three amazing managers. Geo, Moonie and yourself are all dedicated people. Good work, and good luck with whatever your next path takes you towards.

I had problems with most everything you've ever posted on here, but it's sad to see the Moon management step down. I never liked NPulse, but from what I heard it was managed extremely well. I wish you and Moonie the best in your future endeavors.

Sorry to see you go too. Its a shame, however about 2months ago I did sort of talk to Moon about her leaving, and I think she didn mention both of you were are an uneasy point. You have done well. And atleast it is in good hands.

Rai was with us for almost 2 years and has learned much. He will do a fine job and run it pretty much I suspect the same as we did. Most people on here lose the fact that this is a Business and you need to run your Playerworld as such. If you want to just look at it as game thats ok as long as the only thing you are doing is playing the Game and not Staff. In Business there are no friends, it is hard and cold, you must do what is best for the business to be successful. In the Gaming Business things change rapidly as you all know, what worked 6 months ago will not work now because kids lose interest fast.

It's fast paced and hard to keep up with. If you don't run your PW this way and let friendships get in the way of the business then Management falters, the PW falters, corruption starts and the PW fails. Positions and power need to be based on merit; length of service, dedication to the PW and not themselves to get a successful management running this is the key to success. Yes there were times we lacked Staff and this is because we use this key to Staff. It made it hard to get Staff sometimes but the Staff we did get are good Staff and not corrupt Staff, it makes all the difference in the world.

:) I am aware of the future of N-Pulse. It is very bright.

NPulse has always been a favourite with my sister, i often watched her play.
The Moons did a fantastic job, and in reading what Moon God just wrote, it shows the wisdom that upheld the greatness of NPulse.
I am so happy for them that they found someone they could trust, and it certainly seemed the best move, because NPulse is blooming.

Your protesting had NOTHING to do with it , and btw so you know the high Staff on Npulse have agreed you will stay banned from Npulse and that convo was done after I left so I had nothing to do with it. So do you really think anything you said had any affect on anyone? If you do you are only deluding yourself.:rolleyes: And don't insult me and then wish me luck in the same sentence , it only shows how 2 faced you are.

Though we never talked, i have been reading most of your post, and i have been on NPulse a few times while you were on, and the patience you have is great. You handle stuff great, and it is sad to see 3 Great Managers quit all in 1 week. (<3 Tifa <3 Moon God <3 Moon Godess). Goodluck with whatever you decide to do next! :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :( :(

Sorry to see the two of you go. Although I never played N-Pulse for a long time, I always heard good things about the two of you. I wish you both luck in the future. :)

All PWs will need an upgrade I'd imagine, when they are all payed for. To make it fair.

Leave it alone ETD, point is the only thing your protesting did was get you banned, so you posting that it did some good was kind of retarted (or maybe not since Npulse is less one more troublemaker), and then wish him luck in the same sentence was even more retarted, people like you who did everything they could to push us out (which didnt work btw) make me sick....we left because it was simply time for us to leave. Now, hopefully we can get back to what this thread is about since this is all cleared up now.

if you protest for a cause, and whatever you are protesting for happens, wouldn't you feel good, even if your protesting wasn't the reason why the change was made?

Any idea when the next phase will begin spark?

Its sort of working right now. As every playerworld every player goes on is being recorded. Stefan did the database system for that about 2-3weeks ago, so its counting playercount. And the free hosting runs out around dec/jan so it should be soon. I think they are waiting for free hosting to run out before starting the whole system.
