Cliff Tiles.

These tiles are in my opinion the hardest tiles to arrange. If you are a new level maker trying to locate and arrange the correct cliff tiles together its almost near impossible.

Someone good with cliff tiles should make a location and placement tutorial I think it would be very helpful.

Location = Where on pics1.png is the tile located.

Placement = Where should that tile go in order to match correctly in a level.

Evil Cliffs :(

Yeah, they might be the hardest to arrange, but I don't think it'd be neccessary to write a tutorial on it :o

I mean pointing out which tile should go where inorder for no tile errors. Also where that tile is located on pics1.png.

why not use the predifined objects? or take shots of levels already online useing F5, so you can see where they all go?

I want my cliffs to actually look good, using predifined objects isn't the best thing for a good level.

well, if you use them to learn where they are supposed to go, then edit them from there, i am sure they can look pretty good...
also, cliff tiles are some of the worst times to try to make 'look good' because they do not fit togehter all too well (unless you put them together as they are in the predifined tiles)
also, like i said before, if you see a cliff you like, F5 it, and see how they made it, then make your own. (i in no-way promote the stealing of levels, or parts of levels, but only to use F5 as a way to see how tiles were arranged, so you can gain a greater knowlege of how the tileset can be used)

With the help of Paradox and Eric_1337s Cliff tutorial I was able to create this level so far tonight. I am dead tired now I will finish it tomorrow sometime.

You have to understand that this is from not being able to make a cliff level at all. I think I am doing alright so far.
