Police + RPing = ?
 

Can police jail people for disrupting RPs? If so, where is the line drawn? (Can jail people for PKing randomly, PKing own kingdom, can't for respawning? Or what?)

When I was police and an RP was going on I would attend. If someone was breaking a rule I jailed them for 10 rocks to get them away so they wouldn't return untill the event was over with.

Scammers should be jailed no matter what. We had a conflict when 2k1 was gold about a KT member scamming a Police member and noone believed the Police and the Policeman was on tag. They hid behind the excuse 'It was RPing' or some bull****. Scamming is ok if it's Kingdom against kingdom... but not kingdom against players.

But yeah... overall rules overwrite RP rules (except in some cases) and the police should be able to interupt RP events.

BUT if it's something like, 'Oh King Hubba of (Malenth) PKed me and he's in the middle of a big RP event where he conquers the world... I should jail him now', then it should wait untill after the RP event is over or like if he was proved scamming. But if Hubba hacked then it should be immediate.

I warped people that respawned right away after they died away to a far away place. :o

I think this should be left up to the RP Admin to decide..If they want Police to jail someone, they can tell us, I mean, thats what an RP Admin is there for, right?

Yes, that's exactly why I'm here. Mabey even get a few police to specialize in RP overseeing, like as a side job like the Bomb Squad. Or mabey just leave that job to the Shining Union.

Once I clone myself a couple of times, we'll start taking shifts for being on 2k1 :D.. Serioudly, if you need a police for an RP purpose, Nappa is a good choice because he's an RPer as it is. So is our illustrious police cheif. Just dont expect them to take your claims too seriously until the Kingdoms are up.

There shouldn't be.
