New Assistant Manager: Angel
 

Yes, folks, that's right. I've hired a new assistant manager. With things going the way they are, we need someone who can help out to that magnitude, with that kind of position.

She is very qualified to do the job. Lately she's been helping out quite a bit here, and in recognition for her services, skills, and dedication, I have promoted her to Assistant Manager.

To answer the inevitable question "Why not CheeToS?": I offered the job to him first, and he did not want it.

If for whatever reason you have problems with this, please contact Angel or Myself, and we can discuss them.

Angel is cool and all.. she'd do a good job.. but.. she's a GRAAL ADMINISTRATOR... AND GLOBAL SCRIPTING TEAM. Why give her more to worry about and more work?

Good point, but she obviously can handle that. I think she knows best whether she has enough time to do the job.

Googi just quit FAQ chief because he thinks he sucks at management.

I love angel and all but I thought that globals were not allowed to work on servers? :confused:

That applies to PWA because of the bias which would exist (whether said person was aware of it or not) to the playerworld they worked on. The GST is consultatory, so you cannot hold that against her. And, her official global title is just that, an official title. Find some rules governing it, I dare you. :)

Seriusly though nicly done. Although I do think Angel has alot on her hands already, but hey. Besides projects that she's working on are fairly simple so I think it'llbe all right :).

We both still have lots of time to do lotsa work on 2k1. Look at the trains! We spent all night til like 4:30 am my time (7:30 hers!)making them _work_ one day, then she spent the next day rescripting it to make it even better :P.

I don't get the trains, they don't show your body when your in it like it used to and some trains are larger then others.
Also googi, that's a shame you quit you are one of the most helpful people i have met on graal and without you and your website i would not know anything =P

if she can work it out well then yes, but i highly doubt that a global admin with that kind of postion should be assistant on 2k1 would be best for graal, why not let the global to there work, and the staff on servers do there job?

Tseng really did a pumpkin(good) choice here, I thought Angel wouldn't have time to put work in G2k1 but she's working like a cat going to have puppies near x-mas! Yo, PUMP!
