It's War!
This is just an idea I had after playing Classic. For those of you who dont know, theres a town in classic called Destiny thats over-run with Lizardons. It's fun when your bored to enter the town through the southern end, and make your way down the streets beating back the hoards of enemies to the enemy base, then chucking a bomb in it for no reason.
Anyways, I was thinking of an idea for a quest. You have this large ruined city somewhere on the map thats been over-run by lizardons, or another enemy. The objective of the quest is to liberate the town by makeing your way through the streets and allies, beating back the army of enemies that guard it. At the end is a larger tent with a limited number of enemies comeing out of it. At this point your objective is to beat down the enemies until they stop comeing, then enter the tent, set a bomb, and then exit, and watch the tent go kaboom. It's just an idea, but I think it would be pretty fun. Especialy as a group or solo. |
That would be great:
A) The npcs would have set control points they try to defend. B) The npcs would need some sort of scripted course to take to get to the control points. C) The npcs would only go in groups. D) Must be a group of players in order to get into the quest. (Like stefans quest..) |
Oh my god. Please do not tell me your saying what I think you're saying...
YOU WANT ANOTHER DESTINY?! |
Destiny gives me nightmares. All the creator did was pound the place with lizardon baddies. WAY too many of them.

ifcompusdied - Couldnt it just be one of those poor quests. I think 2001 could do better. I like the idea how some, well if not all, of the 2001 quests dont envolve killing. I like that challange, as its hard to think up a quest that doesnt involve killing. And it worth doing and fun.
