How do you capture/own a bomy pet that you find (without an owner of course)?

The only way to get wild bomy pets is to have them assigned to you. To my knowledge, only NPC admins may do that. Also, to my knowledge, there are only four people who can use the NPC admin tag- Drakaden, GodSpeed, Unixmad, and Stefan. Although I suppose Galen could probably use it, he never plays so I've no way of knowing.
