account problem
 

my older brother reupgraded his account
it works online ok, but whenever he tries to log into the forums it says wrong password
he cant change his password either because the email service that he used shut down (http://email.marijuana.com/)
is there anyone that can help him?

edit:
its up now, but all the old users were deleted because theyre going through a different company for webmail now

I had the same problem after upgrading to VIP. After emailing unixmad, everything was fixed. :)

Talk to Unixmad, Lyndzey, or Angel.

That happened to me awhile back... on my 1st p2p.. All i did was email unixmad and he fixed o.o

It happens because the password that people use to sign up to the forums is their Graal password. (Correct me if I'm wrong on that)
Said people then later change their account passwords for the Graal client for whatever reason, but the password for the forums remains the old one. The aforementioned people then don't consider the first password to be useful, and forget it. Then comes a time they need to input the old password, and said people believe the forum magically knows their new Graal password.

Anways, try to wrap your mind around that. Upon reading it, I said "password" a total of seven times!
