you need to improve. a lot.
|
*snicker * rofl *cough cough* well you have got to start somewhere lolz.
First of all try making them more in the shape of a gun instead of a square. Second use a pixel by pixel technique instead of predefined tools (sqaures and lines) for realy small objects like that especialy if you are doing it in just paint Third dont use standard Paint.exe colors they get old fast cause too many people use them. Instead make custom colors that will be more designated to your style. Fourth try getting some real gun images and try and detail your image better by maybe putting the picture near the screen or memorizing the way it looks. [Edit] Fifth dont ever use geocities for file linking it doesnt work ;) |
what is that? it dont look like guns for sure, is it like hollow thick hockey sticks laying on the ground or what?
|
heres a tip for you with pixeling:
zoom in to about .5-.75 full in then pencil out the outline of the gun you want. after that rearange your pallete to have different shades and tints you might use for your gun. fill the outline with your starting color and start to pixel it according to light effects and stuff like that XD...i cant really explain how to shade though...just try and picture the item in your head and put shading along where you thing there would be some, same goes for light |
*stereotypical Canadian voice* oh yea, those are some fine guns for sure eh.
I know a guy who was doing the same stuff, I showed him how to pixelate (somewhat, im not jesus, I can't do maricales) and within 2 days he improved greatly. I suggest someone who isn't so lazy, make's an example of a gun, and then compare the two. |
:O its you
