Password Cache

Does anyone know on my PC where I could find the file allowing me to delete password and usernames from the drop-down account selection on the Graal startup client screen? Thanks.

Eh, i uno if this is what you want but I think, use regedit and search for your account name?

It's in your registry. Shouldn't be difficult to find.

zol 08-10-2003 09:56 AM

Start/Run/regedit.exe/Click OK
Go to the following branch location
My Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Graal\Client

and edit accordingly

And another one rides the bus -_-

Snakeandy, if I make you so made as where you have to reply to my topics with ignorant untruthful statements just because you dislike me, and since you seem to be sooo concerned with my actions on Graal, and pretty much everyone elses, let's convince Stefan to produce a Graal bedspread and a head0.png, so late at night, when I make you made or whatever, you can lay down on your pretty Graal bedspread, hug your newbie plush pillow, and cry yourself to sleep. Now doesn't that sound like a better idea, than exploiting your ignorance to the forums? :)

Hopefully in the final release of 3.0 which should have been out by now they will have a encrypted password file.

If he hacked the account you'd think he would know how to get rid of it? =)

As long as graal saves passwords it will be easy to get passwords.
When graalonline.com wouldn't send my account password change verification I had to use a program that unmasked the *s in the password field.
Just goes to show if someone has access to your computer it's easy to do.

marcoR 08-11-2003 07:52 AM

just print out the regestry entry rather than using a lame program.. or atleast you could do that with the old graal, new graal has a wacky encryption, with a screwy one at the start of the password.. blame it on the ones...
